Preschool Program
All Seasons Preschool offers full and part-day classes, as well as extended day care. Class options include two, three, four or five full-day sessions and three or four part-day sessions. Our maximum student to teacher ratio is 8:1.
MORNING CLASSES
8:30 am — 11:30 am
FULL-DAY CLASSES
8:30 am — 3:30 pm
Extended day care is offered from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. for $6/half hour or $12/hour.
For morning students we offer Lunch Bunch/Extended Care from 11:30-12:30 for $12 per day.
Preschool Tuition — 2024-2025
Children must be 36 months old by September 1st and toilet trained.
Extended day hours are 7:30–8:30 a.m. and 3:30–4:30 p.m. Extended care is billed hourly at $6/half hour and $12/hour.

The Toddler Program is available Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 8:30-11:30 a.m.

Joanne Esser
School Director and Art Studio TeacherJoanne holds a B.S. in Elementary and Special Education from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, an M. Ed. in Early Childhood Education from the University of Minnesota and an MFA in Creative Writing from Hamline University. Early in her career, she taught primary grades in progressive elementary schools for twelve years, and then became a school administrator for five years. Recognizing that she was especially drawn to the youngest learners, Joanne shifted from elementary school to teaching early childhood education. She taught at a nature-based preschool and Pre-K at a local independent school for fourteen years before coming to All Seasons in 2019.

Mirae Hassler
Toddler TeacherMirae holds a B. A in History and Sociology as well as an M. Ed in Early Childhood Montessori Education and a Master of Arts in Teaching in the Biological Sciences. She has worked as a Montessori Infant and Toddler teacher as well as an administrator. She continues working part-time with a local ECFE program while also working in the Toddler Room at All Seasons. She currently resides in Oakdale with her husband and two children, one who is currently enrolled in All Seasons and another who is anxiously awaiting until she’s old enough to join. Working with children has always been a passion of hers and she’s ready to explore the natural world and develop connections with the toddlers and the grandmas and grandpas.

Ruby Kramer
Preschool TeacherRuby teaches full days in the Winter Room. She graduated from St. Olaf College with a B.A. in Psychology and a concentration in neuroscience. She worked as a Behavior Technician with children who have special needs at Fraser in Minneapolis before joining us at All Seasons in 2021.

Abbie Krohn
Preschool TeacherAbbie teaches full days in the Winter Room. Abbie holds a BA in Theater, an MAEd in Environmental Education and Natural Science, and is a Cedarsong Way® certified teacher. In the past decade, she's taken on a variety of roles in early childhood education, ranging from teaching at the Minneapolis Children's Theater to being a naturalist through the DNR's "No Child Left Inside" program. Incorporating imagination, storytelling, and child-led play in outdoor settings is where her passion lies, and she was excited to join the staff at All Seasons in January of 2023.

Nicole Heiss
Preschool Teacher
Nicole teaches part-days in the Autumn Room. Nicole holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota. She earned her teaching license from Hamline University and is currently working on her master's degree in education. The 2023-24 school year was her first year of teaching, and she was so excited to get her start at All Seasons. She is a mother to four children, two of whom are graduates of All Seasons. Nicole loves working with children and getting to know each of them!

Salome Colon-Kuhn
Toddler Teacher
Salome teaches part-days in the toddler Spring Room. She got her degree in early childhood education in Switzerland, where she was born and raised. Her past work experiences include teaching at a Swiss Montessori-based preschool and childcare center, providing child-focused hands-on learning, and emphasizing outdoor education. After two years as an au pair in Minnesota, Salome made a permanent move to Forest Lake, where she now lives with her husband. She enjoys expressing her creativity through art and baking. She also loves nature, biking, and hiking. Her deep passion for working with children motivates her every day.

Erin Weaver
Preschool Teacher
Erin teaches part-days in the Autumn Room. She has a B.S. in Early Childhood Education and a master’s degree in Parent and Family Education. She has worked with many young children and their families over the years, most recently as a family educator in a local school district. She has a passion for getting children outside and likes to hike with her family when she is not working. She also has a special place in her heart for visiting the seniors upstairs. There is something special about watching the grandparents and preschoolers interact with each other. She has been working at All Seasons since 2023.
